The Jagastub'n was awarded 3 forks and 90 points in the 2024 Falstaff Restaurant Guide, making it the only restaurant in Großarl to receive this distinction.

According to Falstaff, the Alpine essence is omnipresent here: whether in the atmospheric setting of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World or in the kitchen, where regional ingredients like local game and alpine herbs play a key role. A special highlight is the innovative cooking with the Big Green Egg.

The focus is on regional and seasonal ingredients, including game from our own hunting grounds. The offerings are complemented by straightforward, honest preparation and a variety of cooking techniques that perfectly highlight the authentic flavors of these high-quality products.
