The kamado grill offers almost limitless possibilities, and you can experience them as a guest at the GROSSARLER HOF. From freshly baked breakfast bread, smoked signature drinks at the bar, delicacies stewed for hours - enjoy the most sophisticated flavours at our gourmet dinner. In our EGGcademy, you will go from a complete barbecue beginner to a seasoned barbecue master! Learn how to best use the Big Green Egg for a variety of tasty dishes and then impress not only yourself, but also your family, friends and acquaintances.
TIP: Attend one of our barbecue courses or workshops together with family members or friends and experience an unforgettable day with the best of the Big Green Egg.
In this course, we will show you everything you need to know about using the Big Green Egg, from firing it up to various preparation techniques, in line with the motto "First EGGsperience". Based on 5 courses, we will teach you 5 different ways of cooking with the Big Green Egg. After this course, the EGG will be your new best friend and you will be ready to prepare special and unforgettable moments and flavours for your family and friends.

The perfect GROSSARLER HOF EGGsperience in five courses:
- Drinks: Grilled lemonade
- Starter: Tomato tart with goat's cream cheese and walnuts
- Vegetable starter: Grilled lettuce heart with magic dust, mayonnaise and cheese
- Fish starter: Salmon pralines smoked on cedar wood
- Meat main course: The perfect picanha with baked focaccia and roasted vegetables
- Dessert: Caveman style fruit with local yoghurt
- The menu is subject to change - depending on the season, we adapt the menu to the regionally available food.
- The barbecue course takes place for groups of 4 or more.
- Please bring weatherproof clothing as the barbecue course takes place both outdoors and in the restaurant.
